Childbirth Rebozo
Do you want to feel empowered during your birth? Would your partner/support person(s) like to know how to assist you? Don’t just have a birth, have a rebozo birth! A rebozo is a multifunction tool used to provide:
· Relaxation techniques
· Pain management options
· Alternative pressure opoints
· Pushing positions
The class also covers traditional childbirth education material. Come have fun, meet other moms and learn about birthing with dignity, because every mother deserves the royal treatment.

Breastfeeding and Beyond!
Curious about the milestones of an extended breastfeeding relationship? Want to breastfeed but encountered challenges with previous attempts? Let us help you! We are Certified Lactation Educator and Counselors. We have created an interactive class with various activities that will keep you engaged from beginning to end. Our students will participate in a drawing activity and group discussion. Additional topics include:
· How do I know if my baby is getting enough milk?
· Breastfeeding for the working mom
· Ways to produce and maintain a plentiful milk supply
· How to avoid sore nipples
· What to expect for the first two weeks of breastfeeding
